Art Psychotherapy Counselling Service

Art making can be a non-verbal tool to help you express difficult thoughts and feelings. You will be provided with a safe and non-judgemental space to express yourself. You will be guided to better understand yourself and interpersonal issues with the help of different art materials.

The process will help you accept yourself as who you are, release suppressed emotions and stress, resolve inner conflicts, as well as to seek transformation.

Target audience: Suitable for any children, adolescents, adults, or elderly who suffer from emotional distress.

Time: 1 session per week, each session lasts for 50 minutes.

Session: To be discussed with the art therapist.

Remark: 1. Participates do not need prior art making experience. 2. Sessions are confidential. 3. Individuals under 18 are required to gain parental consent.
